    blended italian tuscana flavors with soft art nouveau aesthetics. the menu featured tuscany roasted pollo, blanc focaccia, a peach façade-inspired dessert with cream, and a new east-meets-west creation: mapo tofu ragù spaghetti.

  • may 2025 – canned memories, toronto
    drew inspiration from wong kar-wai’s chungking express, blending 35mm film nostalgia with disco mood lighting. the evening explored memory, longing, and late-night hunger through a chongqing-inspired menu featuring xiao mian 小面 steamed egg tofu, spicy soybeans steamed fish. a coconut pineapple honey wine cocktail closed the night with sweetness and heat. “if memories could be canned, would they also have expiry dates? if so, i hope they last for centuries.”
